Two jobs in one visit 1) Annual maintenance for a Vaillant EcoTEC plus 825 combi boiler, almost 8 years old but had no issues so far, and radiator balancing (4 downstairs, 2 upstairs). 2) We have 2 Nests (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) installed.
