problem with ensuite toilet. need access to cistern to figure out source of leak. toilet is attached to built in wardrobe from the other side. plumber needs access. if you can remove the panel without damaging it and reinstall after the plumber is done. that will be great

Ceiling vent was removed to deal with a blockage between the roof cowl and the vent but the vent was not replaced. I need someone to supply & replace the vent and plaster it over to make it look decent. See attached photos - one is of the ceiling opening in question and the other is an example of another vent - the replacement vent & plastering job need not look the same as the example, but it should look decent. Please ensure your quote includes all costs - supply of vent & labour

1930s apartment recently rewired and chasing done on the walls and ceiling. Now need render, plaster and repaint. Minor damage to some heritage cornices too, but if complex, can exclude from the job / discuss. All up: 6 rooms of chased walls, 5 rooms of chased ceilings needing render and plaster, then repaint. Open minded about painting just being a patch job or complete repaint.

Looking for an experienced handyman to securely mount a Dyson cordless vacuum (Model: V10) to a hollow drywall surface in my home. Must bring appropriate wall anchors and tools to ensure a strong, safe installation. Also check for live wires before drilling anchors into the wall.

Scope of Works for Handyman: - Enlarge the existing manhole access in the brick wall to provide adequate space for the plumber to run new pipework for the cistern toilet upgrade in three units. ( This is for 3 toilet areas 1 is tiled and spare tile will be provided other 2 are solid white walls). - After plumbing works are completed, reinstate the affected area by rebuilding the brickwork as required. - Apply top coat and finish the surface to a paint-ready standard. - Paint the repaired section to match the existing finish, ensuring the area is ready for the installation of the new toilet suites.

I am looking to mount a TV to a pillar wall in my apartment. There is not enough support behind the gyprock wall, with a timber slab only going up 1 m from the floor. Will need to cut gyprock open (about 1m x 2m), instate a timber wall or support, then put gyprock back together. Also paint if possible.
