A second-story roof of about 20 x 20 feet needs to be replaced with new plasterboard. No Painting is required. The existing paster must be removed and replaced with a new plaster board. It is not a large job, and a carpenter with plastering experience would be satisfactory. Other work (three commercial properties in the area need various maintenance work completed - can discuss additional works separately).

Towel rack has came off, along with wall plaster. Looking for a quote. Will need someone who can repair the wall and help reinstall the towel rack PRICE CAN BE NEGOTIATED, not sure on how much this should cost. Thanks.

Two holes need plaster repaired. One is regular plaster wall, the other is brick and plaster (holes drilled into brick). Both relatively small.

Two plaster repairs / sanding / painting done: 1) Living room: small area of the wall paint has bubbled up because of water leak. The plaster needs to be cut / repaired / filled in, then sanded and repainted. Area to be painted approximately 3 meters by 2 meters. 2) Bathroom: Paint in a section of the ceiling is peeling. Air conditioning header unit was removed. Apart from the usual holes they needed to cut a square to access the pipes. The square was replaced but has cut marks (and may need straightening). The job is to restore the wall to its previous condition and the affected area covers 800mm by 400mm. - Due date: Flexible

we are looking to remove the bones of an old wardrobe at our apartment in Windsor and was hoping you would be available to fix the plaster holes it will leave. Ceilings are 2.7m. Due to the condition of the wall I think it could be good to replace the whole wall? And there will be a patch on the roof also. We will await to remove the wardrobe until we have plastering lined up so we aren’t left with a hole in the roof. So I can’t provide exact images yet.
