Looking for a handyman for a few quick jobs. Off-street parking is available. 1. Hang hooks for 5 lightweight framed prints. All positions are already marked, so it’s just a matter of putting the hooks up. 2. Rehang one mirrored door on the medicine cabinet above the bathroom sink. The door and brackets are all there, it’s just come off its hinge. You may need to bring a few screws. 3. Install two curtain rods in the bedroom, one for a blockout curtain and one for a sheer. They’re duplicates of rods already hanging in another room, so you can see exactly how they should go. I’ll hang the curtains myself, I just need the rods up. Please bring your own tools.

I need some painting maintenance and repairs to be completed in my flat. This includes ensuite and bathroom, and removal of existing conduit and repair. Ensuite: This is ceiling and walls (only 1/3 walls as there are tiles 2/3 of the wall). This would include: - Scraping back all loose and flaking paint to the ensuite walls and ceiling, preparing all surfaces, and applying two coats of Dulux Wash & Wear paint. - Clearing the condensate drain vent located within the ensuite wall. Conduit removal and repair - Complete removal of the existing Foxtel cable / conduit servicing the lounge room. Repair plaster or paint damage resulting from the cable removal including repair, fill, sand and repaint to match the existing finishes. Main bathroom - Scraping, filling and sanding the existing timber window ledge in the bathroom before repainting the entire window frame with two coats of premium gloss enamel paint. - Clearing both condensate drain vents located within the bathroom to ensure they are operating correctly.

Our Franky sink has dropped away from the marble bench, creating a gap between the two. It needs to be reset.

(Posting on behalf of my mother) Several of the brackets that attach the curtain rod to the ceiling have snapped, mainly in the middle of the rod. This is causing it to hang down in middle. At both ends, some brackets are still in tact. Attached pics of the snapped and intact ones. I'm looking for someone experienced to supply and replace the snapped brackets. Thanks : )

Slipped and my foot made a whole in my front door. It’s not a hollow door and I believe it’s the original from from the 40s. Can someone’s please help fix it.
