Electrical: Replacing spotlight fittings in the bathroom (may need complete fixture replacements) and replacing one spotlight in the family room. Note: The family room has high ceilings, so a tall ladder/proper reach equipment is required. 3. Painting: Prep, clean, and repaint the section of wall above the tiles in the bathroom. Requirements: Must be certified/licensed for electrical/roofing work. Please bring your own tools, including a tall ladder for high ceilings, and painting supplies. Reattach air con unit to the wall and check/fix any existing problems. Observation is that it leaks water but that might just be due to the fact it isn’t currently attached to the wall properly.
