Looking for someone experienced to install three small black wooden vinyl display ledges in one straight vertical column above my sofa. These are not full-size timber shelves and do not require separate brackets. Each ledge is approximately 30 cm wide, lightweight, and has two mounting holes built directly into it. The ledges do not include screws or wall anchors, so please supply suitable basic fixings for the wall type and bring your own tools and level. I’d like the three ledges evenly spaced, level and aligned in one vertical column. Photos attached, including a close-up of the actual ledges. Flexible on timing, but sooner would be great. I’m looking for an experienced handyman to complete three small jobs in our unit: 1. Reattach two light switch covers that have come loose. The covers are still available but need to be securely refitted or repaired if any clips are broken. The top button on one of them also needs the spring replaced. 2. Reattach a small glass window handle that has come off. Please use a suitable high-strength clear adhesive designed for glass. 3. Supply and install a neat transition strip between the existing carpet and the tiled bathroom floor (approximately one standard doorway wide). I have a bathroom pocket/cavity sliding door that has come off its overhead track (see photos). I've tried to re-seat it myself without success. There's a wooden trim piece running along the side of the track mechanism that appears to be glued (not just screwed) to the door frame — I attempted to remove the screws but the trim won't budge, which is likely blocking access to the roller/track assembly. This might be a quick fix for someone experienced with sliding/cavity doors, but could also need a bit of carpentry work if the trim has to be carefully freed or replaced. Happy to increase the budget after an onsite look if more work is required.
