Looking for someone experienced with ceiling/structural fixings to supply and install 2-4 x suspended clothing rails in our fashion studio/office in Alexandria. I’ve attached a reference image of the look we’re after. Each rail would be a simple horizontal stainless/chrome or galvanised steel tube suspended from the ceiling at both ends. Happy to use steel chain rather than wire cable for the suspension if this makes the rails easier to remove/reinstall or adjust in future. Ideally looking for someone who can: - inspect the ceiling/structure and determine the correct fixing method - supply suitable ceiling anchors/fixings, chain and hardware - supply/cut the steel garment rail to length, or advise me exactly what to purchase install 2 separate rails, level and at matching heights - ensure they can safely take the weight of a full rail of garments This is a commercial/warehouse-style unit with a high ceiling. Looking for an experienced renderer / texture-coating specialist to repair and blend several small patch areas on exterior rendered walls at my home in Botany. The drill holes have been filled and I had the paint colour ‘professionally matched’, however the repairs remain visible because the paint & texture didn’t match the existing rendered finish. I also have a physical piece/sample of the original textured coating available to help identify and match the finish. The job is to: * Prepare/feather the areas as required. * Match the existing fine rendered/acrylic texture. * Blend the repaired areas into the surrounding wall so it doesn’t look any different. * Touch up the repaired areas as required I am not looking to re-render or repaint the entire walls — the aim is simply to make the individual patches blend as closely as possible with the existing finish. There are approximately 15-20 small patches across the exterior wall where small holes have been drilled previously. Photos attached. Guest pulled both standard roller blinds too far and the string and blinds need to be completely taken off and re-stinged etc.

I have a roller blind with a failed/jammed chain mechanism. I’ve already tried replacement parts from Bunnings and they do not fit, so I’m looking for someone experienced specifically with roller blinds who can bring suitable replacement parts and get it working. The glass door of our bathroom shower enclosure seems to have dropped slightly or become misaligned. I’m not sure whether the issue is with the hinges/fittings or the glass door itself, so it will need to be inspected first to identify the problem and fix it properly. Currently, the door is rubbing slightly and can only open outwards. It used to open both inwards and outwards, but now it can no longer open inwards. Looking for someone experienced with shower glass doors to inspect, repair and realign the door as required, and make sure it opens smoothly in both directions without rubbing.

The rubber flooring is already onsite, and we also have extra flooring available if required. No flooring supply is needed — labour/service only. Scope of work: * Cut existing/extra rubber flooring to fit the room, walls, columns and edges neatly. * Rearrange and align the rubber tiles/mats so they sit square, tight and flush. * Minimise gaps between flooring sections. * Ensure edges are properly fitted to reduce movement, shifting or separation during use. * Use existing spare flooring to fill the currently exposed sections where possible. * Leave the finished area neat, level and professionally aligned. * Clean up/offcuts after completion.
