Our main door lock gets trickyand needs maintenance at times it does not lock anymore. See picture and short video on demand. Front External Door Repair * Part of the front door frame/panel is deteriorating due to age and material is falling out. * Area needs to be filled/repaired, gap-filled where necessary, and painted. * Only the repaired section requires painting. 3. Bedroom Windows – Possible Water Ingress * Swelling/damage visible above both bedroom windows. * Needs inspection to identify where water may be getting in and repair as required. 4. Ceiling Gap Filling * Black dust/debris is falling through from the ceiling area. * Gaps/cracks need to be sealed/fillled to prevent further debris coming through.

I have a Dahon Eco folding bike that needs a standard service (check/tighten bolts, brakes, tune gears, degrease + clean + lube parts) plus installation of rear rack. Also, the latch on the main folding hinge is broken and needs to be replaced (I have the parts). I need a small section of carpet replaced in my unit. The damaged area is very small, approximately 3 cm x 3–4 cm. I already have the matching carpet piece, so the job only involves cutting out the damaged section and installing the replacement patch neatly.
