There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms door need to replace. Total 4 doors. The doors need to be paint, adjust and install. The door size is not perfect to install straight away, néed to cut to fix the door frame if needed. It’s need to be installing with door locks as well. The old door need to removed and take it to downstairs rubbish room.

We are looking for a skilled handyman to help us finish the final set-up of our house in Tempe before a housewarming party. The heavy lifting is done, but we need the "finishing touches" to clear the floor and make the space look polished. The Task List: 1. Picture & Art Hanging (2–3 items) Mount a large canvas ("White Horses") in the bedroom. Mount a large abstract canvas ("Red Art") in the study/spare room. Note: Please bring a stud finder and appropriate wall anchors (for plasterboard/brick). 2. Furniture Assembly & Safety Finish assembly/adjustment of our TV unit (doors/drawers need aligning). Check the stability of a kitchen shelving unit (microwave stand); secure/bracket to the wall if necessary. 3. Cable Management (Living Room) Tidy up the TV area cables (currently loose on the floor). Mount the power board or install cable trunking (we can supply trunking if you advise size, or you can supply). Requirements: Must bring own tools (drill, level, wall plugs/anchors). Experience with mounting heavy art securely is essential. Neat and tidy finish (especially with cables). Estimated Time: 2–3 Hours

Pair a Moritz DD2162H We lost the remote and we have purchased a new one. The remote has paired to only one of the two blinds but it previously controlled both. The blind on the left has paired but we cannot set the limit up and down. Have instruction manuals and am able to connect to the units. But the videos on line are not easy to follow

Handyman required to attach two hooks on to external brick wall. Will probably need self tapping screws or masonry nails. This is about level with first floor window so will be better to have a ladder.

I’m looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to repair a cracked wall / trim at the staircase landing area (see photos attached). Issue details: • The crack is located at the corner of the staircase, where the metal handrail meets the wall/trim. • The damage appears to be caused by long-term pressure/movement from the handrail against the wall trim. • This is not a structural issue, but the trim has separated and needs proper repair before selling the property. Scope of work expected: • Inspect the cracked trim / wall section • Remove damaged trim or plasterboard as needed (small section only) • Reinforce behind the trim if required (e.g. timber noggin / fixing point), so the handrail is solid and stable, with no movement during normal use, and does not cause the wall/trim to crack again • Reinstall / replace trim or plasterboard • Patch, sand, and repaint to a neat, sale-ready finish Important: • I’m not looking for a cosmetic-only fix (e.g. silicone or quick filler). • The underlying cause needs to be addressed so the crack does not reappear. My bathroom has a concertina door and I want to replace with a hinged door. There are hinges and door strike on the door frame from before. I also have a solid wooden door that can be used which has hinges and door lock already installed. However this door needs to be cut and reduced by 1 inch roughly to fit.
