Looking for someone who can neatly install 9-10 plasterboard panels in a small office space to cover existing brick. Plasterboard has been delivered already.

Looking for a qualified and experienced builder/chippy/plasterer to remove a 7x3 hanging ceiling. Once removed insulation and replastering required to match existing roof level. No painting or priming required, except filling/joining to match exisiting plaster required. Access to roof cavity easily available and existing ceiling joists in place.

The thin panels at the back of my built in wardrobe were not installed well and do not sit flush and have gaps all around. The brick wall behind the wardrobe is not sealed or rendered so draughts and smoke and cooking smells from my neighbour below come up the walls and penetrate into my wardrobe and bedroom. I want to install solid panels at the back of the wardrobe to completely seal the wardrobe off from the wall and stop the air and smells from getting in. The dimensions of the built in are approximately 220cm high and 186cm wide, so the total area of wood panels required to fit across the back would be about that. This job would require supplying, cutting, installing and sealing panels at the back of the wardrobe to seal the wardrobe off from the wall.

I have a popup power point to be installed in the middle of the large island bench in my kitchen. Benchtop is resin. There is a void along the centre which I believe is big enough; access to this is by moving the winde fridge out. The device plugs in, no wiring needed.

1. Repair (e.g. fix nail pops) of verandah deck, which is roughly 8sqm. 2. Preparation and cleaning inc. pressure wash and clean/scrub (product supplied) and tape off to protect any areas. 3. Sand, noting that nails are raised dome head. 4. Apply 2 coats of oil (provided) 5. Sand and stain front door step (pictured). Tasker to provide necessary equipment. 6. Paid separately on site, for rear deck of same size.

Signage removal 3-3.5m high. Will need a ladder Signage is a sticker on an awning which is 3m long and 50cm in height. Its the blue section Easy access and happy to hold the ladder whilst it's removed. Won't take long

The balustrade posts on my roof terrace don’t seem to have a solid fixing. The screws don’t actually fix into any wood etc - they just go into a void (i checked with a coat hanger and there is nothing underneath for at least 300mm) I would like someone to propose a fixing method any quote to do the work. Qualified personnel will be prioritised. There are approximately 11 balustrade posts so around 44 fixings. See photos attached.
