Fix 4 small areas of drywall in South Melbourne

Hang a mirror which weighs 11kg on a wall which is plasterboard

Looking for a qualified and experienced builder/chippy/plasterer to remove a 7x3 hanging ceiling. Once removed insulation and replastering required to match existing roof level. No painting or priming required, except filling/joining to match exisiting plaster required. Access to roof cavity easily available and existing ceiling joists in place.

The thin panels at the back of my built in wardrobe were not installed well and do not sit flush and have gaps all around. The brick wall behind the wardrobe is not sealed or rendered so draughts and smoke and cooking smells from my neighbour below come up the walls and penetrate into my wardrobe and bedroom. I want to install solid panels at the back of the wardrobe to completely seal the wardrobe off from the wall and stop the air and smells from getting in. The dimensions of the built in are approximately 220cm high and 186cm wide, so the total area of wood panels required to fit across the back would be about that. This job would require supplying, cutting, installing and sealing panels at the back of the wardrobe to seal the wardrobe off from the wall.

I have a popup power point to be installed in the middle of the large island bench in my kitchen. Benchtop is resin. There is a void along the centre which I believe is big enough; access to this is by moving the winde fridge out. The device plugs in, no wiring needed.
