Remove lime / Larsen plaster from next to chimney and replace with either same or plasterboard for painting. One side is 1.1 x 3m there are two sides. 5. Fill / repair the missing plaster above the skirting boards 6. Skim around this 1.6x1.2 air vent that was installed in the ceiling for aircon.
