Moving house, need to patch up holes from picture hooks and remove three floating shelves then patch those holes also. Pictures and shelves are still up. Moving this weekend.

Need someone to install an awning we have purchased onto our deck upstairs. See photos for details.. awning is in lots of pieces and needs to be built first

exterior wall rendering - 2 storeys

I have a failed inline ducted ceiling fan in a bathroom needing replacement. It's not hardwired - believe it's a standard 10A socket. You'll need a tool to open the manhole to get access and remove it. A large flathead screwdriver may suffice. (See first photo) Seeking install of power point and TV bracket in bedroom where ceiling meets wall above mirror. Either on the ceiling or wall. (See second photo) Price is for inspection, removal of fan and quote only. Further work will be agreed between parties. Must be licensed and insured.

Hey guys, looking for quotes on 20 downlight to be installed in our salon ceiling, and also a few LED mirrors connected, etc. also the lightbox outside needs to be replaced etc.

I need help putting up a couple of coat hooks and securing 2 Ikea bookshelves to the wall so they don't tip. I tried to out the coat hooks up myself (see photo) but the anchors are falling out and I don't know how to fix.

Driving out of the garage our car scraped off some of the corner of our house concrete rendering. There’s one longer spot approx Approx 13cm long + one smaller spot approx 3cm long above that. See pictures. We’d like someone to put the corner back and match the colour as close as possible so it blends in. Thank you!

A few holes to fill up and render the surface

I have some slab edges as shown that have been defected for not being clean enough. I need a renderer to come through and skim patch areas with a cement based product like panel patch or render roc to match into the slab edge. Price is for an hourly rate materials can be charged additionally. Approx 100 lm at a height of 400mm . One coat to clean the edge is all thats wanted. Its just a slight clean up for the edge of a concrete slab thats not really going to be looked at.

I need help mounting a Samsung 65" Frame TV on my lounge room wall. The wall is gyprock over double brick. I'd like to conceal the cable if possible behind the wall but I'm not sure if sufficient clearance is available between the gyprock and brick. Can you please quote me for: (1) just mounting the TV on the wall - requires mounting the Samsung slim-fit bracket into masonry, levelling, etc: please provide best quote up to $200; and (2) concealment of cable (if possible) - quote on site. If you can't give a quote for item 2 until you are on site that's fine, let me know how much 1 would be and an estimated cost range for 2 depending on whatever factors you think are relevant.
