Repair damaged plaster below the window. Supply and install new 13mm WR plasterboard to walls in bathroom. Square set ceiling. Repair plaster under window ready for tile lining. Plaster in bathroom is above 2400 tile datum. To bedroom side it is floor to ceiling. Circa 3.2m ceiling heights.

Two holes in wall need to be filled / plastered. One is the size of a cricket ball. One is dinner plate. Can send photos.

Room is 3.6m x 3.4m. Ceiling is painted at the moment. Needs to be skim coated and walls need to be patched around the top to bring them up to being flush with the rest of the walls. Once the walls and ceiling are made good cornicing will need to be installed. I will supply the cornicing
