There is a small section of wall at the front of the house that needs rendering

Holes where projector mount has been moved a few times in ceiling, holes where projector screen has been hung, hole in wall in bedroom where door handle has gone through. Might be easiest to replace sections of plaster altogether and match paint?

Need a certified electrician to change 2x wired smoke alarms. We have purchased our preferred smoke alarms already so just need the labour. We have 4 plasterboard holes that need fixing. They are the result of recent works performed at our place (replacing air con/water heater). The sizes of the holes are: - Picture one 10x10cm - Picture two 10x10cm - Picture three top hole 30x35cm and lower hole 40x50cm. We have a piece of spare plasterboard here that can be used, which is 40cm x 120cm. There is also a small hole (less than 10x10cm) in the hardiplank outside we’d like filled, as per picture 4 (can be any suitable material for outdoors, undercover) Also some drill holes in a few bricks that we’d like plugged with filler, as per picture 5. - Due date: Flexible

We’ve had some recent water damage to our ceilings in our house. A plumber has fixed the water leakage, but needed to cut rectangular holes (~20 x 30cm) in the ceiling to access the pipes. These holes now need to be plastered – there are 2 of them (kitchen & living area).

Need a partner to assist sanding and plastering weatherboard, Kensington. A mixture of tasks, some moving furniture, deep hole filling, sanding back cracks, fine filling, sanding afterwards to key. Around 200 sq metres, but much is already done. Not a pressure job, but must have experience. Budget is pro rata $60 an hour. Estimate 2 days work - Due date: Flexible
