Require Gutters to be cleaned on 2 units side by side. Refer to the photo attached marked in Red where the gutters are. Currently in good condition and are possibly quite empty. Trees next to the gutters have leaves which fall at this time of the year. This isn't a big job, however a job which has to be done.

1. Towel rack to be re attached. It has become loose and not sitting securely on the wall. We have had it fixed although keeps coming lose. I believe new wall plugs will be needed. And these will need to be supplied please 2. Down pipe on roof had become loose. You will need a ladder to securely fix screw back on to wall and assemble the down pipe

I need gutter guard removed from a box gutter on a flat roof. The gutter is approx 6 meters long and is currently screwed on. I would like the screws removed and then screwed back in after the gutter guard is removed (to seal the holes). It is a polycarbonate roof but you can access the gutter from a ladder. You call also walk on that part of the roof using a walk board or thick wood planks to spread the load if preferred.

I am a tenant in a very old place and the gas inspector has picked on this, which has the landlord stressed and upset (I try to fix what I can around here due to the situation so that I can stay here) ... was told that bracing it against the wall would be enough, so the flue can't move away from the exhaust on the top of the unit) but let me check on that (may need poles on the roof also? ... or maybe you have knowledge about that in terms of requirements ... it can be really rough and ready so long as they approve it. (p.s. I'm getting up on the roof this weekend to clear the debris and branches)
