Need the roof gutter and gutter down pipes on walls to be unblocked. My home is a townhouse with two stories. Please include ladder and all necessary equipment in your offer.

There is a smell of a dead animal (likely possum) coming from the roof. Just need someone to go up and remove the possum (we have a ladder to get up there).

Gutter Cleaning Needed. Looking for someone to clean the gutters on a single-storey maisonette (half house). Full length on one side and small section on other side (see photo above clothes line) of the house, but narrow width at both front and back. Must be able to leave the job neat and tidy.

Two camping trailers is currently in the driveway side-by-side. They have been unbolted the rooftop tent and solar panels. The wiring on both trailers is already done. It’s just a matter of transferring from one to the other and reconnecting all plugs admiring internally and trailers are done so it’s not starting from fresh it’s just moving it overthe current rooftop tent and solar panel is already unscrewed and assistance will be available to do the lifting from one to the other and they’re currently side-by-side.

Need insulation laid in 3 bedroom single storey house with colour bond roofing. Previous owner had already accumulated the insulation batts in the roof, so it just needs to be laid around the roof. Can purchase more if required.

Screws, rivets, sarking etc. Also there’s live power that runs through the garage (pictured) which feeds to all the units and there’s an air conditioner unit which won’t be disconnected to work around. Hey guys, I have an Odin ice bath (image attached) that seems to be leaking and I cannot for the life of me figure out where the leak is coming from. I've siliconed the plug area as well as the inlet and outlet hose areas and it's still leaking. Unfortunately Odin has gone into liquidation so I can't call them any more. I'm hoping a plumber, water proofer or even a handyman can come take a look and fix the leak. I think it's happening at the bottom of the two hose areas where water is sucked back to the chiller, but I don't know how to seal it. Cheers Chris

Looking for someone to clean the gutters of the front and side of the older part of our single-storey home in Parkdale. There are leaves and debris that need to be cleared out, especially on the back side of the house (see photos). Prefer no walking on roof tiles but might be necessary on back side. A few little jobs needed around our studio. Need front gutter of facade cleaned out. Footpath cleaned from bird poo. Then I’ll need someone to head to Bunnings hawthorn east to buy bird spikes. You can see from photos other parts of awning has them already then need the new ones fitted to avoid happening again. Then tidy back area sweep and put away leaves. Clean front and side gutter of high roof - Victorian semi detached house

Currently, two of my downpipes (right next to each other) are plumbing into the neighbouring unit's water tank, a metre away. The downpipes are overflowing with heavy rain due to the tank being constantly full. I'm looking for a licensed plumber to instead divert these two downpipes underground to the nearby storm water pit (less than a metre away) and cap off the existing connection to the water tank. I have written permission from the neighbouring unit's owner to divert the downpipes away from his tank.

Need 2 x double storey PVC Downpipes painted & 2 x single storey downpipes painted in woodland grey. Must attend tomorrow as scaffold is coming down Thursday.

Need all gutter and downpipe checked and cleaned from leafs and debris. Two story duplex townhouse.
