A simple maintenance and clean up in a kelvinator air conditioning

I have an apartment with tall ceilings. Need someone to do the following: 1. Replace downlights (I can get these) 2. Clean air conditioner filter 3. Clean air duct 4. Clean / Dust skylight Note the ceilings are high. The air conditioner and downlights are in a ceiling about 4m high. The skylight is a bit higher, approx five metres. Please see photos. HENCE LADDER AND HEIGHT IS ESSENTIAL. You will need to bring one also. Access is on the second floor or an apartment building.

This needs to be done early in the morning (around 7am start) so everything is finished and dry before our venue opens at 12pm. Jobs we need done: 1. Paint Concrete Bollard Wall (Front Patio Area) - Handyman to supply paint in the exact colour: HEX: #865D2F RGB: 134, 93, 47 - Apply a non-sacrificial anti-graffiti coating after painting. Options include: Dulux Precision Anti-Graffiti Coating OR Wattyl Graffiti Barrier Paint must be fully dry before midday trading — hence the early start. 2. Fix Clip Frame on Bathroom Door - One clip frame has come loose on the back of a bathroom door. 3. Install a Gate on Brewer’s Loading Dock Side - Gate is fully supplied — just needs to be installed. - Requires handyman to provide screws/bolts to secure it. - Also install two hasp & staple latches (supplied). - Must be drilled/bolted into brick and a metal gate frame. 4. Install A Few Signs Around Site - Signs supplied. - Will need drill, screws, and a level to install cleanly in various locations around the venue.

Investigate power usage as meter spinning even when everything is off. Double check old outdoor airconditioning units are disconnected, to ensure these aren’t source of power leakage. Replace faulty pendant light (we have replacement) Replace faulty light switch, disconnect dimmer (we have replacement) Remove 3 faulty sensors, and install light switch instead ( two may need new switches?) Disconnect old hardwired smoke alarm We are flexible with date, prefer this week after 12 noon. (This is for 3 terrace houses within 50 metres of each other) Parking provided.

Originally posted for a Tuesday job but needed to change the day… We have moved out of an old place and taken pictures from the wall tearing the paint and whatever else.
