My mini projector was working fine, but suddenly the screen went black while playing. I tried restarting it three times. Each time, the fan was running, and the projector briefly flashed at startup, but then the screen stayed black. I checked online and it seems the issue might be with the light engine or optical component.

Some simple office repairs: - fixing door handle - reattaching broken rope decor (can provide pic) - painting / touch ups in one small office (we will supply paint) - possible solution for magnetic door that is broken (can provide details) - fridge that is losing temperature (understand this might be more specialised)

Need to install an aluminium cover along the bottom edge of door.

- 4 Daikin wall-mounted air conditioners - check & fix - the fan mode is working - I think the air conditioning mode isn’t (I want to fix this)

Routine maintenance of two split system air con units.

Rehang regular door back on its hinges, fill a fist-mark left on a chipwood door and repaint it, reattach loose door handle (3 different doors, 1 location - free parking avail)

Handyperson needed for tenanted property for a few issues. 1.Sliding door apparently not sliding ( needs mechanism replacement I guess) 2. leaking water coming from window - unsure but assume its a window seal issue Painting also if you can do this but not urgent. happy to negotiate but need to be done to a high standard. thanks

Ceiling in laundry room needs cleaning with white vinegar to remove the mould. Then painted with mould resistant white bathroom paint. (Laundry ceiling is 3.5-4m high. Need a ladder) Also need 2 other areas ceiling wiped and painted as well in bathroom. 1sqm ceiling over shower and the other area in 1.2 x 3m.
