We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of 2 hostel properties across Sydney (Bondi Beach + Redfern). This is initially a short-term role, however there is potential for ongoing regular work or a permanent position for the right person. Duties Include: General repairs and maintenance Painting and patching Basic carpentry and handyman tasks Furniture assembly and moving Property inspections Assisting with preventative maintenance projects General upkeep of guest accommodation areas

**Location:** 4 Alfred Street, Woolwich Looking for a reliable and practical Airtasker to assist with a few jobs around the property. **Tasks:** * Collect pre-paid orders from **Kmart** and deliver them to the property. * Hang new **artwork in the dining room**, ensuring it is level and securely installed. * Set up **3 artificial plants in the dining room**: * 1 × on the dining table * 2 × positioned on the floor * Remove the existing **portable oil heaters** and set up the replacement portable heaters. * Walk through the property and **remove any unwanted nails, picture hooks and wall fixings** from the walls. * Take away/dispose of the old portable heaters and any packaging/rubbish from the new items. **Requirements:** * Must have your own vehicle suitable for collecting the items. * Must have basic tools for hanging artwork and removing hooks/nails. * Previous handyman/property maintenance experience preferred. * Please take photos once all work has been completed.

Our main door lock gets trickyand needs maintenance at times it does not lock anymore. See picture and short video on demand. I have a Dahon Eco folding bike that needs a standard service (check/tighten bolts, brakes, tune gears, degrease + clean + lube parts) plus installation of rear rack.
