Hi! I'm getting my apartment ready to list for sale, and I need a small section of internal wall fixed and repainted so it photographs and inspects well. Looking for a clean, seamless finish – not a visible patch. - ~1m² area along the bottom of a hallway wall - Old paint has bubbled/flaked from a historical moisture issue - Previous rough patch attempt over the top needs to be sanded back and redone properly Scope of work: - Scrape back all loose/flaking paint to sound substrate - Skim with topping compound and sand smooth — texture to match surrounding wall and then paint Please note: - Apartment with laminate floors – drop sheets and dust protection essential - Please include all materials in your quote - Open to quoting additional small touch-ups around the apartment — flag separately if interested

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.

There are two tasks. 1) Install new towel rail. This may include drilling into bathroom tiles (porcelain) with appropriate tools to avoid cracking, and may require sealing holes (e.g. with silicone) from the old towel rail's bracket/screws - if the new towel rail fitting does not cover them. 2) Install wardrobe clothes rail with 1 or 2 new wall bracket. I made a hole in the wall while trying to fix a bookshelf to it, need it fixed and for someone to attach it properly.

Bathroom door fixed in a metal frame came off the frame. The hinge, door and frame are intact but the hinge is secure on the frame with rivets that need to be removed and replaced.

Small gouge/damage to plasterboard wall in my apartment needing repair before end-of-lease inspection. The paper face and some plaster has been torn away — roughly 5–8cm in size.
