The door frame trim around the toilet door has separated from the wall and needs to be made good. 2. Handle to be installed on the laundry cupboard door (handle supplied. 3. Skiting board in the living room has separated at a corner and needs to be made good. 4. Trim at the bottom of bedroom timber window was damaged by a pet and needs to be replaced (existing trim is just a piece of skirting) and painted white. 5. Missing section of skirting in bedroom where cupboard was needs to be replaced (carpets being replaced separately). 6. Waste from vanity in toilet needs to be caulked where it goes into wall. 7. Toilet needs to be siliconed into place (currently it moves - no photo). 8. Holes where previous thermostat unit was in the living room need to be patched and painted. 9. Kickers to kitchen island need slight adjustment. 10. Metal trim / flashing needs to be installed at front door. Works need to be done by end of Jan once new carpets go in (expected to occur in 2 weeks), and cleaning has occured. Cheers
