I will have new windows and frames installed in my one bedroom apartment and the wood needs painting. Two window sets (bedroom and living room) and both the inside and outside need painting. I will need you to supply the paint. I will provide the name of the indoor paint but will need you to colour match the outside paint. The apartment is on the first floor and there is already scaffolding available to use to paint the outside. I have attached photos of the windows before they have been installed - and will be able to send updated photos when the installation has been completed (Tuesday).

I am in Melbs for medical stuff & got a little micro scooter to help get around when I’m tired.. unfortunately, I’m too lame-o to assemble it. Apparently it’s a 5-10 min job maximum! But I had trouble with the lock clip - and I’m a bit 🤯 atm… So, am hoping to find someone local / close by to my temporary rental apartment in South Yarra to pop by and sort the thing out for me! Repairing curb rash on 2 rims, not significant

My folding laundry door has broken due to poor quality plastic. Looking to secure better parts so this won't happen again. I have bough replacement hinges that would need new holes drilled so it fits. More than happy to provide assistance during the task.

Remove old fly screen and replace

Something has become jammed behind drawers and they won't close. The gap at the back is too narrow to retrieve whatever is jamming them. Pictures show one of the drawers and its hardware.

I have old double blinds that I need to replace with new ones. We can potentially use the current brackets, otherwise we have new ones for the new blinds.

The front gate is sticking as is an external door. A sliding door has come off its track. The laminex baseboard to the dishwasher has come undone and needs to be fixed. The dishwasher door is also sticking.
