This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys diverse work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Tasks include: • Minor plumbing repairs and installations – replacing a kitchen tap, shower head, and toilet seat. • Painting touch-ups – repairing and filling holes from recently installed lights. • Lock replacement – bathroom window lock isn’t opening. • Other general maintenance tasks as required. I would like the maintenance specialist to visit the apartment first to inspect the jobs before starting. This will allow us to discuss what needs to be done and any materials required. The shower door hinge makes loud cracking/creaking sounds when opening or closing. The door doesn’t quite slot into the correct position anymore. Wanting to have this looked at before hinge breaks.
