Little jobs needed done around the house including hanging up a couple of picture frames, screwing on cupboard doors that have come off the hinges, adjusting a door handle (needs to be screwed in), looking at the kitchen range hood (doesn’t work well), looking at the aircon switch board (may be electrical but it takes ages for the button to work), fix window hinge that is jamming & cannot open window anymore.

I need the cupboard doors sanded and painted. Also hinges replaced and closing mechanism replaced. Quote is just for labour only, excludes cost of paint (two coats), hinges, which you can buy from Bunnings etc and I will reimburse. Hopefully you can provide sander and tools.

I have a 7kg mirror, which measures 1.3m x 0.90cm hung up onto a wall (ensuring it’s placed into studs). It has two screw placement holes in the back, to ensure a safe positioning. I have included multiple pictures of the mirror - front with measurements and the back. Then, my front door lock is coming off from the door. The actual mechanism is 100% fine. It’s the screws which have come loose plus the outside plate is also loose. I have attached pictures of the door lock - and also measured the exact current screw which holds in the door lock. It is a flat end screw and measures 7cm.

The pull cord on a wooden venetial blind is jammed, pulling on it does not operate the close / open function.

The front gutter on our house is drooping down on one end, and that's the end opposite the down pipe, which means it is pouring water onto the front steps instead of clearing it away properly. It needs to be repaired so that the water drains properly, ideally with some kind of bracket.
