Timber window frame has been damage led over time by water and needs to be replaced. Frame 1800x1060mm (see attached picture).

Need a sparky (or someone who know what they’re doing) to help repair some path lights outside, fit some bulbs which will require a tall ladder, and fix some dimmers which don’t seem to be working properly (I don’t think it’s the globes)

On Wednesday, 23rd April, I need a plumber to remove these sink taps before 1pm. A glass panel will be installed in that spot between 1pm-4pm. The taps will need to be reinstalled at 4pm. See photo attached.

I have changed the water filter cartridges under my sink. Now the output pipe that takes water out from cartridge to tap is leaking, but not at the cartridge level but up high where the pipe goes into the bench top to feed the tap.

So I own a Kawaii ES7 digital piano which i cant afford to replace. as the key board is quite heavy, i was trying to move it slipped and I believe the hammer drive broke in 7-10 keys. It also suffered holes on the back but I believe they are cosmetic. Ive looked it up on youtube and apparently these are easy fixes. So anyone with experience in electronics or piano repairs, are out there and are willing to help me, it would rock my world

The kitchen cupboard / drawer opens by running along metal tracks. The drawer used to glide very smoothly on the tracks but it is now very hard to open and close and does not completely close. It has become very sticky because of the metal tracks it runs along. Depending on your assessment, the metal tracks either need to be throughly cleaned and lubricated or completely replaced. You need to determine how to get the drawer opening and closing smoothly again and undertake whatever action necessary.
