Broken door handle that needs fixing

2 x Arlec 130cm 3 blade DC ceiling fan with light and remote to install in bedrooms. One room has a ceiling light and the other has a pendant type light. I live in an apartment building - ground floor, so there is no access inside the roof.

Change the tap in the sink, which is too long for the sink and spashes water everywhere.

The door seal has detached at the bottom of this door on both sides. Requires reattachment/fixing.

Handyman needed: painting fell, with minor patch up needed ☺️ patch 1 small hole/chip in plaster near skirting sand smooth, prime, and touch-up paint to match any similar white wall. ☺️ Please quote including materials ☺️

Install sink and tap when benchtop is replaced. New benchtop sink and tap pictured. The benchtop has cutouts and sealed with poly so just needs a plumber to detach the old sink and tap and replace The drain holes and to tap are in slightly different locations so may need slight calibration but not by much.

It's an apartment block so the plaster is actually 13mm thickness unlike your normal housing plaster. taken a photo or 2 so u can see what your worming with. I'll remove the tap so it's easier too. Doesn't have to be painted either just up to the final stage where it's be rubbed and the painter can just paint strait over size is 620x1230

Looking for someone to remove the bracket and patch the holes in the wall

Looking for someone to assemble a garden shed I bought from Bunnings and attach it securely to our fence. The shed is brand new and ready to go. Please include your availability and a quote. Located in Prahran.

I have an electric roller blind which has come off the pole. I believe the blind will need to be taken down from the bracket (ladder needed), repaired by slotting the fabric back into position and then gluing or heavy duty double sided tape the fabric back to the pole so it doesn’t happen again, then putting it back up. If glueing you would need to bring clamps while glue dries. Blind will need to be tested to ensure line has been repaired straight. There is only one corner peeling so that should be easy.
