Simple handle to be supplied (photo attached of handle and gate) Tighten Sliding Door Fixture – Adjust or secure a slightly loose sliding door fixture to ensure smooth function. Door is not hanging straight. Install Retractable Drying Rack – Drill and install two retractable clothes dryer lines in spare room (fixings and product supplied). Hang mirror on wall (lengthways) Tighten kitchen cupboards and replace missing screw. Requirements: Must have your own tools. Experience with installations and repairs. Hi All, I’ve got a few jobs in two apartments that I’m hoping you can help with. The good news is that they’re both in the same apartment building and on the same floor - Greville St Prahran. In one apartment a hand towel ring and regular towel rail have come out of the wall and need to be refitted. Looks like they’ve both used wallmate’s which have left quite a hole. Apartment 2 is an odd one but hopefully you can help! The owner organised a towel rail to be installed 700mm above the existing one. But instead they stuffed up and put it 70mm above the existing one 😵🤣 Wondering whether you could remove the top rail and move it up where it should be. Will require patching and painting the old holes. Thanks in advance

The Office is now vacant. Tasks include: 1. Removal of Vinyl Signage on outside and inside of the office 2. Tucking carefully data cables back into the skirting duct and reinstalling the cover plates. 3. Carefully removing screws and plugs from where tv brackets were installed 4. Rehanging a door that was taken off its hinges 5. Carefully removing yellow mdf dots on a plasterboard wall. Approx 2 people for 3 to 4 hours work.

I have changed the water filter cartridges under my sink. Now the output pipe that takes water out from cartridge to tap is leaking, but not at the cartridge level but up high where the pipe goes into the bench top to feed the tap.

I have a few odd repair jobs around the apartment that have been putting off, including: - Repair damage/hole in pine floorboard - Replace missing piece of skirting - Repair/replace split skirting - Reattach coat hooks All pretty small jobs, but collectively hopefully enough for a handyman/carpenter to be interested in completing.
