Install overflow drains in front and back and connect to adjacent downpipes. 4. Prepare garage single skin external wall for waterproofing (currently rendered and painted). 5. Apply waterproof membrane to slab and hob and 1 external wall (single skin boundary wall). 6. Install overflow drains to three other balconies and connect to adjacent down pipes. 7. Include materials, repairs by licensed waterproof trade person, and certificate of compliance on waterproofing. 8. Licensed trade only offers please. No contactors and no handy people.

I need someone to repair the drywall in my apartment. I would’ve done it myself but honestly do not have time to make any mistakes so getting it done professionally is better. I need someone to fix my left scooter mirror. I removed it in attempt to add a phone mount. Broke it. Bought a new one. And now cant get the mirror to face the right way, nor remove the bolts from it. The scooter is a 2018 Piaggio Fly 3v and the mirror is stock.
