Installation: • Install engineered timber flooring on the existing stair treads, risers, and top landing. • Confirm whether the bottom stair remains in its original rounded shape or is to be squared off. If squared, modifications will be required, including adjusting the first starter tread and riser. 4. Finishing & Warranty: • Remove all trade waste upon completion. • Provide the manufacturer’s warranty for the engineered Sydney Blue Gum flooring. • Provide a warranty for both the installation and the coating.
