Need some Bunnings wall panels installed. I already have the panels and can purchase the glue a very quick job. One panel may need cutting so the power lead can come through

We recently moved in to our new apartment and have noticed a rotting/mildew smell in our spare bedroom, which shares a wall with our bathroom. We pulled back carpet in the corner and it appears to be rotting wood underneath. We don’t suspect a water leak from the bathroom as it does not feel wet, but need to rule it out for strata. We heard dripping in the wall during heavy rain and feel like it may potentially be an external/strata issue.

Install three new towel rails and toilet roll holder into tiled walls in bathroom. Also Install a round 750 mm diameter mirror onto a VJ board panel wall in the bathroom. I will supply the fixtures. You will need to bring the drill and suitable drill bits. Also existing holes to be filled where possible.

Need hinges readjusted so door is aligned properly

We will be purchasing a standard white door from Bunnings. We need someone with the tools to size, paint and install the door by this weekend.
