3 hours. I'm looking for help with general cleaning and tidying of a small apartment before handing it back. Tasks include: Cleaning the bathroom Cleaning the laundry Cleaning the kitchen General vacuuming and wiping down surfaces Helping tidy up and make the apartment presentable This is not a full end-of-lease clean. The apartment was not in great condition when I moved in, and I'm simply looking to leave it clean, tidy and respectable. I'll be working alongside you, so I'm really looking for an extra pair of hands to help get everything finished. Located in Caringbah. This is what I would like done; - Dust, vacuum (including skirting boards and sliding door runners, lounge), mop all areas including laundry. - Eucalyptus oil to be used on white furniture only (we supply). - Please clean around toilet gel - don't want it stuck in the toilet brushes please. - We need both bathrooms upstairs, and downstairs powder room which has a toilet and sink cleaned. - Sweep balconies (x 3). Two balconies are off the bedrooms and quite small, the main balcony is off the lounge and has a table and chairs. Please remove any spider webs from balconies and glass balustrades and wipe down outside table. - Bedroom 2 - CLEAN MIRROR AND MAKE BED ONLY. This room will be dusted and vacuumed already so no need to dust and vacuum. - Clean kitchen - just needs stove top, exhaust, benches, outside cupboards, fridge and dishwasher wiped down. - Please leave stove exhaust vent (above the stove top) to dry before putting back. This is pretty much what I need each fortnight, except the balconies just need to be cleaned with detergent now and then and I will let you know when that needs to be done (not for a while yet). Our place is kept clean and tidy so should be easy enough for you to do in 2-3 hrs and we require mornings around 9:00. Looking for a professional carpet cleaner to deep clean carpets in my living room and hallway in Caringbah. There are some lingering pet stains and odours from previous pet accidents. I'm looking for someone experienced in pet stain and odour treatment, using solutions that can neutralise the source of the odour rather than simply masking it, as I've only been able to temporarily cover up the smell myself. Treating odour in the carpet is the main priority for this task. I would prefer the job to be completed on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday if possible.
