There's a leaking pipe in the kitchen and it needs to be fixed.
Came to do the job and completed it as requested. There was a leak and he fixed it. All seems fine now. Also the wet and damp area was cleaned. Hopefully it all dries up well. They also came next day. I was happy with their job and I will use them next time if need something similar.

The shower mixer is not allowing sufficient hot water through. Hot water is working in the rest of the flat so appears to be a problem with the shower mixer. Suspect that hot water check valve may be jammed causing insufficient hot water to reach the thermostatic mixer or blocked thermostatic cartridge. Likely caused by build up of limescale.
