My current mixer tap now has a continuous micro leak. I think this is due to the tap not being of great construction and poor original fitting. The cartridges have been previously replaced, but the tap never has been 100% leak free. However, as of a week ago, the leak went from a minor occasional drip to a slow but continuous trickle down the wall. I’ve ordered a new tap. Need someone to fit it. As you can see in the pics, where the tap meets the wall, some sealant has been used. Ideally need someone with the tools and equipment to be able to address any issues with the actual connection to the pipe, if the original installation wasn’t up to scratch. Boiler pipework replacement - initial survey

The gas and mains water feed to my boiler (located in my kitchen, in an alcove) currently runs at ceiling level (red arrow) to my boiler and then the cold and hot water supplies (blue arrow) to my kitchen and bathroom run behind my kitchen units on one side of my kitchen. I'm changing the layout of the kitchen from L shape to galley. The kitchen is approximately 4m x 4m. I'm looking for a qualified, experienced, gas certified plumber to alter the pipe work to/from my boiler. This project will be made up of four parts/stages. 1. Change the gas and mains water supply to my boiler to run across the ceiling, instead of along the top of the wall. 2. Remove old defunct lead pipes that were left in place when the pipe work was changed to copper, 20 years ago. Happy to discuss options here. 3. Change the cold and hot water services from the boiler to the kitchen and bathroom to run across the ceiling instead of behind where the current kitchen base units (shown in picture) are located. 4. Alter current waste water pipe work to accomodate new layout and either be hidden with pipework chased in to the wall and/or connecting to bathroom waste water on the otherside of the wall. I've broken the works in to four parts as other works will need to be carried out in between each part. As this presents multiple challenges. I'm looking for the following at this stage: A gas certified plumber that can provide valid certification details. Evidence of insurance that covers this type of work. Airtasker's insurance is not sufficient for this level of work. Willing to come out for an initial survey, to understand the details of each of the stages. This job is for the survey only. I'm happy to pay for an hour or two of your time to run through the different parts of the job, in person, to fully explain the current setup, the required changes and get any feedback on options or potential issues.
