I am reconfiguring my office and am changing the configuration of the desks. Previously, the desks were double-depth, and I am making them single-depth. I have cut the plywood tops in half and need to refinish the cut edges. And then need to change the configuration of modular base unit. What needs doing is as follows: - Move all other items out of room (only a few bits) - Sand cut edges of plywood tops (6x 122cm edges, 4x 70cm edges) - Apply varnish to sanded edges - Wait for varnish to dry and set (1 hour) - Repeat sanding and varnishing process twice - dissemble desk base using electric screwdriver - re-assemble one desk using pieces from desk base I think this could all be done in 4-5 hours, most of which would be waiting for varnish to dry. I have all the tools and equipment required. My preference is for this to be started around 10am on Tuesday 31 Jan. We have an office unit which needs a kitchen area. Assemble new flat pack ikea kitchen with built in fridge and under sink water heater. The units are delivered and in packaging, the new fridge and water heater is there. Tiny sink and drainer with worktop, will fit in the alcove with space either side. All the electrics have been put in place. You will need experience in plumbing because we need to access water from the WC which is situated in the opposite room, see plan. The Ikea kitchen designer mentioned there is enough length of worktop to run down the sink unit panel side, to make it appear tidy as the dividing wall is glass. This will cover the raw side of the unit. Please look at the plan. The green arrow shows the wall divide from the meeting room to Studio 1. Note the red arrow is where the kitchen will go. I need my existing garden shed disassembled and a new one assembled in its place. I have now had two fitted and disappointingly both have leaked and started to collapse. I therefore need someone who works to a high standard to ensure this doesn't happen again.
