There are two things I need done. The first is cutting 2 x kitchen cabinet doors by 2 cm. This is because I have bought a new fridge and unless I cut the 2 doors short, the fridge will not fit in. It will also require moving up the floor of the shelves of these 2 doors by 2 cam. The old base Needs to be drilled out (old rotten wood, but stuck in the floor, not easily removable). Build new base either 4-5 cm solid hard wood seals on the floor or new concrete base to be built.
