Hi there, Hall, stairs, landing and kitchen LVT - glue down. We would like LVT (glue down) fitted in our hall, stairs, landing and kitchen. In the kitchen we will need floor tiles removed and the ground floor hall and kitchen will need to be screeded as it is uneven. A couple of doors may need to be plained depending on new level of floor and skirtings adjusted. The upstairs and stairs will need to be prepped and ply put down. We have already sourced (and will have on site within the next week) door threads, stair nosing, LVT, glue. We are not sure how much self levelling product to purchase or how thick the ply we will need - so will need guidance on this before we buy any further materials please. The kitchen and hallway are 21m2 and the upstairs landing is 6m2 (we have 13 stairs). The price we are offering should include the works as mentioned above.
