There are two areas in the house where a leak from upstairs stained the ceiling. The ceiling needs restoration. For the ceiling standard white paint is required however there is a matte gray painted area in the bathroom that requires a gray paint that I will try and source ahead of time. There is a step ladder in the house but might be too short depending on height, so a ladder may be required. There is a stained area in a built-in wood wardrobe, if we can apply varnish to restore the wood (or any alternative suggestion from you) it would be much appreaciated. So overall jobs include: - Scrape & sand (removing flaking paint) - Clean (washing and drying) - Fill cracks (with filler, then sand smooth) - Prime (apply stain blocker) - Paint (first coat and blending edges) - Finish (second coat, feathered out)

Looking for someone to install wooden decking and a wooden pergola. The decked area will be 2.4m x 2.4m and the pergola would be 2.5m high. I’m moving into a new flat and want shelves built into the walls on either side of the bed. In the pics you can see the recessed places in the wall on either side of the bed; this is where I want shelves built in. All the way from floor to ceiling on the window side and from ceiling to top of the bed on the other side. I am happy for them to be basic but need to be sturdy if you can provide materials. I would like to have two rectangular openings cut into the back panel of my hi-fi cabinet (photos attached) to allow easier access to cords: • Bottom shelf opening: approx. 410mm wide × 150mm high • Middle shelf opening: approx. 410mm wide × 100mm high The cut edges should be sanded smooth. The cabinet is made of mango wood, and the back panel is about 12mm thick. Hi, I am looking for someone who can sand and polish a small patch on my wooden table.

Demolish and completely remove from the property a wooden shed. I can then help clean the concrete base and surrounding area before you construct my new shed. It’s a Keter Darwin resin 6x4 tongue and groove easy fast assembly shed with a floor panel. H:205 x W:119 x D:184.5. Combined weight of the panels = 61 kg. I’d also like some old items from the shed taken away such as a couple of hoses, a large garden parasol, etc. Those are the big items, the others don’t weigh much.
