I need help repairing a damaged wooden floorboard in my flat (Islington). It’s a one-bedroom flat with wooden laminate flooring. Currently, there are some damaged planks near the entrance that need repairing. Additionally, in the kitchen area, two wooden planks require fixing. We do not want to replace the entire flooring — only the affected areas in both locations need to be repaired. I will share photos of the damaged flooring areas for your reference. The first two pics are for entrance and last pic is of kitchen ( 2 planks) needs fixing .

Door opened with force tore lock from door frame and needs repair - lock is intact - just the wood section needs repair

Tealight candle burnt a hole, we’ve removed the burn but it needs filling/ varnishing

Installing three new wooden blinds to the architrave of a bay window. It requires fitting brackets for the blinds to attach to. This will be easier with an electric screwdriver but I don’t have one unfortunately.

The top draw of the dressing table has come apart, also the base of the draw has split.

The existing wooden door no longer fits in the wooden frame. No obvious signs of warping or damage but clearly need realignment. The existing digital key lock either needs to be replaced or reset.

You will need a ladder to reach the first floor front window to fill and paint white. Also to paint the eaves black as paint has flaked.

My sons wooden bed fittings are broken

I need someone to come and fix the latches and rubber seals on some old wooden windows to make sure they close properly and have no drafts coming through. It involves 3 wooden windows (one of them full length leading onto a balcony). It might involve new latches and definitely new seals in places. One of them has a vent missing so that lets in cold air.
