Hi, I have a mirror in my flat that has developed black stains around the edges (desilvering/foxing of the backing). I'm looking for someone experienced with mirrors who can assess and fix the issue.

Top edges of sink got scratched, we need polisher to remove these. If not possible to remove we also consider replacing the sink with a new one.

Stained screed floor needs sanding to remove stains should be a two or three hour job

Stain on kitchen ceiling from a leak of of upstair's washing machine waste water pipe. Leak is now fixed and stain has dried. We can provide the primer and paint but we do not have a ladder to reach the ceiling or paint rollers. We just need the stain painted over, not the whole ceiling.
