Moving out of our rental and we need to patch up a couple of small areas of paint that was taken off when trying to hang art. Additionally, fill in about 5-6 holes that were made to hang art. Should be a piss take/probs 30 mins for any painter/handyman. I don’t know the exact white paint colour.

Looking for a licensed electrician to inspect and repair 3 wall power sockets in the kitchen area of my restaurant in Richmond, VIC. Hi - my retractable awning on my balcony has jammed with a tangled rope. I need assitance fixing this. I suspect we will have to unfix the awning, pull it down to ground level, and then untagle the rope and put it back up.
