Replace the arm of a commercial awning. I was about to assign the task but ad has expired.

I’m looking for someone to prepare and plaster areas of several walls and the ceiling in my 1 bedroom apartment. The task also includes filling and siliconing new skirting boards throughout the entire apartment to get everything ready for painting. I'm flexible with scheduling and it's not urgent. *Resubimtted due to Airtasker cancelling on me* I need x2 movable walls sheeted with gib and plaster to finish. Only need the labour done, all materials will be provided.
