Looking for a licensed plumber to repair a Franke kitchen mixer tap. The tap has become very stiff to operate and appears to have a faulty tap cassette that likely needs replacement. Seeking someone to inspect, source the correct replacement cassette if required, and complete the repair so the tap operates smoothly. Under-sink access is clear. Please advise if you need photos of the tap or model details before quoting.

My upstairs tiled shower is leaking through to the ceiling below when in use. The grout on the shower floor has cracked, and a plumber has advised that the waterproofing membrane underneath may not have been installed properly, causing water to seep through. Toilet is blocked (it s single toilet in a three-bum house so needs to be today after 10.30am), we have tried toilet plunger and hasn't worked. Current laundry tap (mixer) is squirting out the side when turned on and needs to be replaced. We have purchased the new tap from Bunnings and its ready to go.

Toilet flush not working for 2X Toilets. Water running constantly unless I completely turn off the tap (which stops it filling). I have attempted to replace the valve seal but this didn't seem to do anything. I suspect that it will require replacing flush valve or inlet valve although not sure. These are classic 90's Caroma Toilets.
