My kitchen mixer tap came apart and I need the new one Ive bought installed. I have instructions for the new one. May need the sink drain pipe unscrewed to get a shelf out from cabinet underneath but seems straight forward other than that. Im not a plumber though! Best time would be between 4.45 and 6pm today (Fri 10 April).

The grout on the shower floor has cracked, and a plumber has advised that the waterproofing membrane underneath may not have been installed properly, causing water to seep through. The shower drain seems to be leaking water as the sealant around the drain have aged. We need waterproofing to be done for the drain and have the original drain cap put back with silicone sealant applied.

Toilet is blocked (it s single toilet in a three-bum house so needs to be today after 10.30am), we have tried toilet plunger and hasn't worked. Hi, we have an old toilet cistern and sometimes after a flush it doesn't knock off and the water keeps running and the toilet bowl does not fill up.
