All the mixer taps in the apartment are really stiff and hard to control. The kitchen mixer tap is installed so that cold is to the back and hot is to the front. The shower head in the bathroom rotates but doesn't change the flow.

The shower drain seems to be leaking water as the sealant around the drain have aged. We need waterproofing to be done for the drain and have the original drain cap put back with silicone sealant applied.

Toilet semi-blockage. When flush the toilet water on high and go very slow.

The flush buttons on my toilet have come off. I want a solution to cover the the holes where the buttons used to be and look normal. The chrome back plate is still intact. Looking for someone who can source and replace the flush buttons and plate, and install it so the toilet looks as it is meant to again. Measurements: - Total Width of back plate = 24.5cm - Width of two screws that tie in the back plate (measured from middle each screw) = 19cm - Height of back plate = 16.5cm Please bring any tools and all parts that are needed for the fix. When someone flushes the toilet, a bit of water leaks from the base. I’ve cleaned and dried the area, but it would be best for a plumber to take a look and fix it properly. I’ve placed a small towel around the base in the meantime to keep it dry. Also, if possible, could the plumber check the metal bar connected to the shower glass? It seems a little delicate, so it would be great to make sure it’s secure without damaging it. Please note too much pressure on the bolts may cause the glass to shatter, so the screw should only be tightened just enough to stop the wobble. We have a blocked toilet that needs more than just a plunger. We believe the blockage is much deeper in the pipe line. There is also a hole where the bottom of the toilet meets the pipe that needs patching. Maybe mortar or expanding foam? Not sure.
