This is a warranty replacement tap. It needs to be swapped for the existing tap. The work must be carried out by a licensed plumber.

Install 3 way mixer tap and under sink filter. Will also need to remove shelf under sink to make room for filter (and for me to install an under sink bin)

Old mixer, bottom bolt image attached. Sink depth 230m ish, so needs at least a 250m socket extender or similar tool New mixer which is purchased, as standard style under 35mm bolt. I assume the current hole is a standard 35mm, can't be sure. Looks quite tight on the undermounted sink. Won't know for sure until old mixer is out.

My mixer tap won’t work anymore on my shower please help

Existing mixer kitchen tap has a slow leak at base and needs to be replaced. I have purchased a brand new replacement tap (with associated hoses and fitting parts as pictured) so just need the existing tap to be replaced with the new one (labour service only).

Already purchased Phoenix kitchen mixer tap needs to be installed. Current tap is also a phoenix mixer with similar mechanics, should be an easy swap. I am attaching what both the old and new taps look like as well as installation instructions. Prefer qualified plumber for the job.

We had a burst hose which connects to a mixer tap and as such need to replace the tap. The vanity is damaged and so we are going to replace that too. We have the tap, and vanity, sink including waste etc. THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUPPLIED. We cannot isolate via the mini taps so we have no water!

Bathroom mixer tap has slow flow after hot water system was repaired. Cannot access aerator to remove it and check for blockages.

We have a loose nut on a hose pipe connected to a sink mixer tap that is not properly tightened, causing the pipe to leak. We were able to tighten it to slow down the leak but it's still leaking. There is limited access behind the sink due to some shelving which cannot be removed (see photos). We unsuccessfully attempted to fully tighten the nut with a basin wrench but found it difficult to tighten, probably due to our inexperience. We also tried to use an adjustable wrench but it was too long to get it into the right position to tighten the nut. We don't want to waste your time or our time so only bid if you’re a licensed plumber and you are confident you can fix it with minimal time and fuss.

Hi, my shower glass door is leaking water to the outside. The rubber seal/strip at the bottom of the door seems to be worn out or not sealing properly. Water is coming out onto the bathroom floor and into the carpet area (photos attached). Both our toilet flushes are not working properly. We push the button and it stays depressed without flushing. We have to pull the button back out and try again. It will start flushing after several times of doing this.
