My upstairs tiled shower is leaking through to the ceiling below when in use. The grout on the shower floor has cracked, and a plumber has advised that the waterproofing membrane underneath may not have been installed properly, causing water to seep through. Toilet flush not working for 2X Toilets. Water running constantly unless I completely turn off the tap (which stops it filling). I have attempted to replace the valve seal but this didn't seem to do anything. I suspect that it will require replacing flush valve or inlet valve although not sure. These are classic 90's Caroma Toilets.

Hi, we have an old toilet cistern and sometimes after a flush it doesn't knock off and the water keeps running and the toilet bowl does not fill up. I can fix it for a few days but then it happens again and I can't figure out what's making it happen. It's not a massive job so I'm not paying $200 to fix it.
