Experienced All-Round Maintenance Specialist Needed for Apartment – ASAP PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN COMPLETE MOST OR ALL ITEMS ON THE LIST I’m looking for a skilled and reliable maintenance professional to assist with a variety of tasks around my apartment as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys diverse work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Tasks include: • Minor plumbing repairs and installations – replacing a kitchen tap, shower head, and toilet seat. • Painting touch-ups – repairing and filling holes from recently installed lights. • Gas work – fixing a stove element that isn’t working. • Dishwasher repairs – dishwasher powers on but does not run. • Lock replacement – bathroom window lock isn’t opening. • Other general maintenance tasks as required. I would like the maintenance specialist to visit the apartment first to inspect the jobs before starting. This will allow us to discuss what needs to be done and any materials required. Requirements: • Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance, or similar hands-on roles, is preferred. • Versatile and able to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks. • Punctual, professional, and capable of working independently. • Reliable, trustworthy, and attentive to detail. The shower door hinge makes loud cracking/creaking sounds when opening or closing. The door doesn’t quite slot into the correct position anymore. Wanting to have this looked at before hinge breaks.
