Hey there! We're a business in Marrickville looking for a reliable handyman/maintenance person to help us knock out a few odd jobs before our Christmas break. This needs to be done early in the morning (around 7am start) so everything is finished and dry before our venue opens at 12pm. Jobs we need done: 1. Paint Concrete Bollard Wall (Front Patio Area) - Handyman to supply paint in the exact colour: HEX: #865D2F RGB: 134, 93, 47 - Apply a non-sacrificial anti-graffiti coating after painting. Options include: Dulux Precision Anti-Graffiti Coating OR Wattyl Graffiti Barrier Paint must be fully dry before midday trading — hence the early start. 2. Fix Clip Frame on Bathroom Door - One clip frame has come loose on the back of a bathroom door. 3. Install a Gate on Brewer’s Loading Dock Side - Gate is fully supplied — just needs to be installed. - Requires handyman to provide screws/bolts to secure it. - Also install two hasp & staple latches (supplied). - Must be drilled/bolted into brick and a metal gate frame. 4. Install A Few Signs Around Site - Signs supplied. - Will need drill, screws, and a level to install cleanly in various locations around the venue.

Hi! I’m in a rental property with an LG ducted air conditioning system (wired wall controller model AEAMT08KB1) that has two zones – Living and Bedroom 1. The issue: • Bedroom 1 zone still blows air even when it’s turned off • Living room airflow is quite weak compared to the bedroom It looks like the Bedroom 1 zone damper might be stuck open or it’s been set as the constant/bypass zone. I’d like a qualified HVAC technician familiar with LG ducted systems to check: • The zone control board and damper operation in the ceiling cavity • Whether Bedroom 1 is configured as the bypass/constant zone • If possible, adjust or rebalance the airflow so the living area gets more air
