I have damage to 3 walls due to picture hooks not coming off the wall properly and a mark on another wall from computer cables. I’m moving out this week and would like the job done before I leave. Preferable times/days Monday 22 April 1pm-4:30pm Tuesday 23 April 9am-6pm Wednesday 24 April 9am-4pm Saturday 27 April 9am-12pm Sunday 28 April 9am-1pm

Installation of 2 x small floating speaker shelves & 1 x floating shelf, a Brabantia clothesline on outdoor wall, two towel racks, toilet roll holder, small magnetic knife rack in kitchen, and fix hinge on small cupboard door. Possibility of other small jobs upon inspection.

Rack coming away from wall. Needs to be stabilised.

The front window on our lounge has come apart(see pictures) a little not sure how but think it just gave way from being open not sitting closed. It not urgent but I would think it needs fixing just in case it falls further and glass slips out. I do like having the window open as it does get hot in here.

We need some skirting boards installed, shelves mounted on walls, door repaired, etc..

Our building has a silverfish problem and I am looking for someone experienced in caulking and/or pest management to locate and seal ALL cracks in our apartment with sealant/caulk. It’s a modern, new apartment and so there shouldn’t be many cracks to seal.

The side of my bed frame has split. Now that I look at the other side it appears this may have happened before and they glued it back together? (See last photo). Not sure how it would be fixed please advise.

There is a light in the bathroom that needs replacement. The current one is not only loose but what it’s been drilled into the hole is two big for what’s currently there. I have attached photographs for reference. I tried to get photos that give you a fair idea of what needs doing.

I have the small gold locks I bought from Bunnings to put in, a small towel hook and toilet roll holder. Just need a handy man really to have the old unscrewed and new screwed in please. I need a handy man to basically drill items on the walls please. Please have drill Safe to drill through concrete or plasta wall types. A leveler A tool kit suitable for drilling frames in and toilet roll holders and I’m even planning on having two hooks put in the roof to simply have jangling plants in there.

I had to take a cupboard down during my tenancy because it was wobbly, but I just moved out and rental agency says they need for it to put it back up. It was in the top corner of the kitchen, intended to sit above a fridge. It’s quite heavy, but i can assist if needed. It’s an IKEA unit, and I still have all the screws and brackets for it. Need this done by the end of the day Wednesday, ideally between 11 and 2pm if possible!

Looking for someone handy to help us out with a couple of projects around the house, equipped with their own tools and equipment (ie for caulking, ceiling cut-out section). 1. Caulking the Courtyard and Repairing the Leak - Water is entering the garage due to deteriorated caulking around the courtyard and floor tiles, leading to damage to the ceiling. Attaching photos for reference. Would need you to do the following: - Clean courtyard surface. - Remove old caulking and debris. - Prepare and apply exterior-grade caulk to seal joints and gaps. - Inspect and repair any leaks. - Ensure proper drainage to prevent future leaks. 2. Repairing the damage caused by the leak - Damage to the ceiling has occurred due to leaks from the courtyard. If you can repair damaged ceiling sections under the courtyard by cutting out the damaged portions, replacing them with new ceiling board, and repainting. Attaching photos for reference. 3. Hang the Three Paintings - Hang three paintings on plaster/chipboard walls. Two paintings are approximately 140cm x 80cm in size. The desired placement for each painting will be provided on-site. Prepare appropriate hanging hardware for wall installation.

Door brand is Steel Line. Hinge on roller broken, needs repair/replacement. This is preventing door from closing automatically. Also, door is not able to be closed on manual mode, would like this fixed and a full service on the door. Tomorrow (Friday 09/02) is ideal but can wait a few days if necessary. Cheers
