My door is not able to open. The screws are stripped so i’m unable to unscrew it myself. I also have access to both sides of the door. You may need a drill.

The render on one of my internal walls has delaminated and started cracking. Looking for someone to remove the delaminated sections, and repair the render. It looks like it is a layer of render then a layer of plaster. There is also the smaller rectangle that needs to be repaired in the bottom corner (where we had removed the plaster), and roughly 130cm crack where the render still seems solid it just needs to be filled. Not looking for an entire wall repair and not looking for painting, just at leaving the wall ready for me to paint it.
