Looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair a number of small wall and timber defects throughout our Edwardian home in Elwood. The work includes: * Repair a number of small holes in internal plaster walls (including an old wall-mounted fixture/intercom location) * Repair several small holes in an external painted brick wall * Repair a damaged section of timber skirting board * Fill, sand, prepare and paint all repaired areas so they blend in as seamlessly as possible with the existing finish * Supply all fillers, patching materials and consumables I’ve attached photos of the areas requiring repair. Please note: * I’m looking for a high-quality finish where the repairs are as close to invisible as possible. * Paint matching is important. I have some paint available, but please let me know if colour matching or additional paint is required. Looking to have the work completed within the next couple of weeks, but I’m flexible on timing for the right person.

I have a mirror attached to the back of my door. I need it to be taken off and a new 1 installed

New kitchen has been installed but cornice needed to be partially removed. I’d like the cornice reinstalled around the bulkheads and around the ceiling. 3 areas in the kitchen where cornice needs to be installed around the cupboards. I do have the cornice. Important to cutout around the rangehood exhaust grille. Also have 2 small pieces missing around another build in robe I‘d like to be put in.

Moving out, need someone to take down 3 x curtain rods, tv wall mount (tv has already been removed) and mirror mounts from wall.
