I’m looking for an experienced plasterer to provide an online estimate only at this stage. Please refer to the attached photos. A doorway has recently been removed and infilled, and I need the plastering completed to a professional paint-ready finish. Scope of works: * Check and secure existing plasterboard as required. * Tape and set all plasterboard joints. * Build out and feather the joins so the repair blends seamlessly into the existing wall. * The hallway side has been double-boarded, so this face will require levelling and feathering to achieve a perfectly flat finish with no visible transition. * Repair and fill all perimeter gaps, screw holes and any damaged areas. * Reinstate the wall around the former doorway opening, including the head and both sides. * Ensure the repaired section is flush with the surrounding wall with no ridges or depressions. * Sand the entire repair ready for primer and painting. * Leave the area clean and free from dust and debris. The skirting boards have been reinstated and will remain. Painting is not required. I’m looking for a plasterer with a high standard of finishing, as this repair is in a prominent hallway and needs to disappear once painted. Strip out plasterboard ready for structural wall removal. Remove and dispose of plasterboard. Plasterboard on wall separating kitchen and living, and living and dining, needs to be removed. Walls to be removed are shown in photos.

We have a small corner in our bedroom where there was old water damage that has caused the drywall to warp and come off the stud. Because of this, there is a small area that needs to be replaced and checked for mould and potentially sprayed for mould. Area is no more than 1 square meter and affects the corner of the wall which includes the wall and a small part of the ceiling corner. We are looking for someone to inspect the mould and repair the drywall. Time: today (Jan 8th)anytime after 5pm. Pls provide insight to your experience with mould. No materials provided.
