Hello. I need someone to securely patch this hole in the wall - with a spare piece of plaster, and screws into timber on the reverse side. You will need plasterboard, timber for reverse fixing and screws. I will handle the patch kit, skim coat, priming and finishing - I just don't have the time or materials to patch it. That way you can get in and out quickly without a return visit. Ideally done by Tuesday afternoon next week. We will need to arrange a time mutually. Earliest availbility is today before 1:30pm.

After recent removal of floor-based air conditioning unit the (now uncovered) flu/ vent opening needs to be closed and patched-up. Please remove MDF frame (2nd photo) as well. In-wall cavity should be closed/ sealed with insulation batt, if advisable. Pill-shaped flu/ vent opening is only 20cm in diameter, but maybe 50x50 square section is easier to patch. Entire area will be ultimately covered with high wall cabinet, basic sanding & painting is fine. Unit is tenant-occupied, only Thursday access is possible. - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible
