Switch board in first photo is in that room and I have marked where I need switches. Last photo need another switch with usb ports. Lights out side 1 has blown and timer I think is broken. This is on ground floor.

Needing a labourer - preferably someone who is switched on and has experience with tools. Steel posts and fencing needs to be installed. No tools are needed - we will supply everything for the day. If there right person is chosen, they will most likely get additional work in the future. Please only switched on, experienced tradies who have experience using tools. Must be on site at 8am - in work gear. At the moment we only need you for 4 hours but could be extended.

Solid plasterer needed to repair- redo three walls

I live in a Toorak rental house. I have the permission of my property manager to commission the work. I have a delicate leadlight door which needs some filling performed and the door painted on both sides with gloss paint. The inside must be off-white. The exterior is a black gloss finish. The filling is around the edge top edge of the sensitive leadlight structure. It will need some course and then fine sanding after filling. Would you also please patch a plasterboard hole in my attic study please? It is the approximately 10 cm by 5 cm in area. The hole from the accidentally bumped and dropped object is mostly clear through the wall. - Due date: Before Friday, 12 January 2024
