I have eight nails fixed into internal walls which need to be removed and the hole filled in. There are also four very small indentations on the wall (x2) and on an internal door (x2) which need to be filled in and smoothed over.

Licensed electrician to install an outdoor electrical power point through 40m conduit from inside an apartment through to parking spot so that a 240V charger can be plugged in and used to charge an electric car. We are looking for someone to help us patch some rendering in our backyard. The area is roughly 3.5 metres long and .5 metres high. A small 20cm x 10cm area at the front of our house also needs patching. I just moved into a new place and some of the power points are not working I need them checked and fixed

1930’s home, double brick and textured render with large cracks in walls which open and close in winter vs summer. Approx 6 wall surfaces that need filling/repairing. Some cracks lead to gaps in the cornices too which would be good to address at the same time. Would need a flexible compound to fill the crack before patching render. Flexible on price dependent on skillset and extent of repair.
