We are looking for someone to help us patch some rendering in our backyard. The area is roughly 3.5 metres long and .5 metres high. A small 20cm x 10cm area at the front of our house also needs patching. I just moved into a new place and some of the power points are not working I need them checked and fixed

1930’s home, double brick and textured render with large cracks in walls which open and close in winter vs summer. Approx 6 wall surfaces that need filling/repairing. Some cracks lead to gaps in the cornices too which would be good to address at the same time. Would need a flexible compound to fill the crack before patching render. Flexible on price dependent on skillset and extent of repair.

garage has only one powerpoint want another one on other side of the garage . We will be taking away filing cabinets in the next week to make space for a sauna ..there is already a power point near the window . It is single storey . standard aust socket for a 10 amp plug ( see pic of sauna specs) . Need a week or two to prepare garage for the job .
