A new wall hung vanity will be installed over tiles. Replace all walls with new WR Plasterboard. Only Vanity area replace with 6mm cement sheet. 2) Toilet 2 around 2.3M depth x 1.76M width x 2.1M height. Ensure all original Disabled railing will be reinstalled at the same position. Replace all walls with WR plasterboard. 3) Kitchenette area just 1 wall , 2.3M depth x 2.1M height. Replace only Kitchenette unit Wall. 4) Fix skirting board area damaged plasterboard 5) Fix Damaged wall in warehouse area 6) Fix a few holes inside downstairs area. 7) Refit 3 fire extinguisher brackets on proper noggins. Please only put your offer in if you are an experienced plasterer with good quality work.

Damage blue board with render need to be fixed. Also fix this crack under the roof. Repaint required. Factory located in Coburg. Only bid if you have done similar jobs well.

Install a new double power point /GPO in primary bedroom. Access via man hole inside the bedroom floor.

Filling of wall cavity/ repair of holes around light fixtures / repainting of wall + ceiling once plastered

We have a very cute wooden shed in our backyard but it’s just gathering dust. We’d love it to turn it into a home sauna. We have done lots of research, however don’t have the building skills to DIY this ourselves. we need to : - Seal the eaves/roof of the current shed - remove some of the shelves, etc that are in there already.( hopefully some of these materials can be used to build the seats.) - maybe replace 2 existing windows, unless we can get the glass replaced with tempered glass. - line the interior with special insulation and heat reflective foil - line with wooden planks - Remake the seats We will do all the sanding and painting, etc and organise the electrician separately. Would hopefully love to find someone who has ever made a sauna before if that’s at all possible! Otherwise we anticipate it would be about three-four full days work all things going well

My housemates and I have come to the end of our lease and there are a few holes in the walls from moving in/ out. Just need someone to come and plaster + paint over the holes. They aren’t major holes and there aren’t a lot either and could definitely be done by one of us but just want to be safe. Let me know!!

I need to cover an exposed verandah, small area (townhouse courtyard). The tarp currently pools water so I need someone with experience who can cover the area so this doesn't happen, or advise a better solution.

i have a wind-out canvas awning that needs to be attached over a window on to a brick wall. it is about 2 metres wide. it is very heavy and will probably need 2 people to sucessfully attach. i have the brackets and dynabolts that were provided with the awning to attach it. single story house.

I need two oak shelves (heavy) installed somewhere in my house. They have pre drilled holes and threaded rods supplied but one of the holes on each shelf probably needs re doing as they are 600 apart. (To be 450 probably). Need to be glued in as well as the rod, I have some instructions that came with the shelves.
