We have started to fix a few bumps and cracks and need a professional to finish the job in preparation for us to paint.

I need my new sauna assembled. It is a traditional sauna 2-3 person through https://vikarasaunas.com/ Apparently it’s straightforward and will require two people to do the job.

Old concrete verandah 5mx1.6m & top front step in need of repair & painting - verandah has a number of cracks & on one of the front steps a chunk of concrete has broken off & needs replacing - please see photos. We need some plastering patching done. There are 4 sections of plastering patching required: Section 1. Master bedroom wall; 30cm x 90cm Section 2. Bathroom Ceiling; 30cm x 30cm Section 3. Kids bedroom wall; 150cm x 60cm Section 4. Hallway ceiling; 30cm x 30cm The plaster boards is still there it’ll just need to be gyprocked, patched and sanded. Ready for us to paint. See photos/ I can provide photos or in person inspection prior. I’m not sure what this would normally cost so listed a generic price.
