Hi! After removing my old kitchen, I’m looking for someone to patch and plaster a small section of double brick wall so it’s smooth and ready to paint. Total area is approx. 970mm W x 800mm H See photos attached Below the green drawing will be finished with splashback tiles.

Plasterboard and plaster approx. 12 m of internal wall (4 walls, standard ceiling height ~2.4 m). Some walls (as pictured) only have half the wall removed and just need the bottom done and patched. I will need you to supply required materials to do so (inc. plasterboard), and we are looking for someone experienced in plastering :) There are windows to work around and several service cut-outs (taps, oven, power). Existing structure is accessible and ready for boarding. Looking for a paint-ready finish. Happy to arrange site visit before final quote. It is beneficial if you also have experience in lath plastering and repairs for future works that we will have done on this house :)

Hi we have a hole that’s needing patched up in a gyprock sliding door it’s pretty thin but need the best job possible done, and also a couple of holes from screws from wall mounts and a bracket taken down. Thanks

I require a registered draftsperson to draw up existing conditions and overlay plans for a new steel garage and verandah I'm getting built in the MVCC area in Vic. I require these drawings for obtaining a building permit approval from a surveyor. I have scaled site plans and engineering plans for both the garage and verandah. At the moment I'm unaware of what extra level of detail the surveyor may need (neighbors setbacks or elevations etc) so if you have experience in this and can offer advice, that would be advantageous.

Replace plasterboard ceiling Area is about 1.6m x 2.5m Ceiling was damaged from a roof leak. Roof leak has been fixed. There are some inbuilt cupboards which we would rather not have to remove.

I recently got new lights installed, the older holes from the old light fixtures needs to be patched. There's 3 holes - 2 approx 10cm in diameter an the other about 9mm. I'd like these holes patched and sanded down and painted. I can supply the paint.

We are looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to repair and restore the front verandah at a property we manage in Ascot Vale. The verandah has significant issues that need addressing, including a top rail that has completely detached from one of the posts and several areas showing serious wood rot and water damage. As shown in the attached photos, the timber in some sections is badly deteriorated. The job will involve a full assessment of the damage, recommending and carrying out necessary repairs or timber replacements, securely reattaching or replacing the detached rail, and treating all affected areas to prevent future water damage. We will also need the repaired sections prepped and painted to match the existing finish for a neat and cohesive look. Preferably prior experience with verandah or timber restoration. Timing is flexible, but ideally we would like the work completed within the next one to two weeks. Please provide a rough quote & let us know if you would like to inspect the site. Budget to be determined based on your assessment i.e. fix versus replacement.

I have bought an awning to install on an exterior brick wall to protect my bike. I need someone with a tall ladder to install the awning. The awning measures 25 x 240 x 100 cm. You will need to provide a tall ladder, wrench and hammer. I can provide a Dewalt hammer drill and normal drill if needed.

I need 5 new power points to be installed around kitchen bench top. Plaster removed for easy access to existing power point. Old kitchen will be removed so that power point on bottom right corner can be easily done.

We had some ceiling lights recently replaced and now have the following holes to be patched: 1 x 10cmx8cm hole 2 x 8cmx6cm holes We have an additional area (of the same ceiling) which was subject to some water damage which also needs attention (see pic). Looking for someone's pro opinion on whether this needs plastering as well , or just a paint job. The ceiling in question is the living room on the ground floor of a single storey unit. We work from home so can accomodate most times of the day.
