There is leaking in the roof of the garage. The previous owners tried to repair it with silicon but it most likely needs new flashing. Our price estimate is our best guess only.

Need our roof cavity vacuumed and remove some old insulation (minimal, only covering bathroom ceiling) and debris. Two story house with pitched roof. Total space is approximately 65 m2.

Large gap can not be filled with sealant or foam will require experience with roofing materials to address. Eg flashing/ blueboard to permanently close gap
