I have found the skirting boards are separating from the walls in several areas creating gaps where moisture/water may be entering when it rains. This is occurring near the sliding door in my kitchen and also the bedroom where the other sliding door is located. I suspect this is directly related to the waterproofing /membrane of my balcony.
