A double story rain gutter needs clean.

Metal sheet corroded and leaking. Requires temporary silicone (roof or marine grade) to seal until properly repaired. Second floor access. Needs to be cleaned out dried and sealed with generous silicone.

A routhly 3m portion of eaves have been professionally removed and disposed of. Jobs requires this portion to be replaced with cement sheeting, sealed and completed without painting. Please see photos.

Have single story house need gutter cleaned.

I have a garage with a corrugated sheet roof supported by a hardwood frame. The wood has started to rot and the sheet has rusted. Looking for someone to remove the wood and sheet and replace it with a new roof. The garage is approximately 5.7m by 5.3m [Content Moderated] I am open to offers. The pergola roof needs to be removed and disposed off. The frame will not be removed, only the roof. Task includes disposal of removed roof.

This is a one-year old 2 storey townhouse. Upstairs has a balcony. Around the balcony is a roof. The roof seems to have developed a small leak next to where the roof meets the wall of the 2nd storey. Now since it's been raining so heavily the last few weeks the ground floor ceiling has a wet spot. The house is still under builder's warranty, but the builder is unreachable and I want to have this fixed before any more damage occurs. I am guessing the space where the roof meets / inserts into the house needs caulking.

Replace 125mm Felix with 150 semi rigid, vent through corrugated roof. It will need to run horizontal for 3m along the bulkhead before going vertical through the roof.

Need insulation laid in 3 bedroom single storey house with colour bond roofing. Previous owner had already accumulated the insulation batts in the roof, so it just needs to be laid around the roof. Can purchase more if required.
