Hi there, I noticed that 1 piece of tile has been blew and fell off the ridge. Looking for a licensed roofer to help put it back in place.

Last month, I noticed a water leak through the garage ceiling from the upstairs shower. When inspected the shower, I noticed a straight crack in the grout joint of the floor title. Refer to the before and after photos. I removed the grout from this straight joint and around the drain cover and refilled it with silicone. Left it to dry for a few days but it’s still leaking a few minutes after opening the tap. The grouting in the rest of tile joints is not perfect but looks intact. I’ve also attached a photo which was taken from downstairs through a powerpoint opening in the garage ceiling. The water mainly starts dripping from the around the drain point but plumbing seems ok. I need someone to find the main issue and repair it (potentially by applying epoxy grouting to the floor and first row of wall tiles and reapplying all silicones around).
