I need to replace part of broken gutter pipeline from roof to ground.

Gutter cleaning and flushing of down pipes to remove blockage in single storey house

Potential roof leak causing leakage and mould growth into garage. Need to inspect roof and quote for fix and damage if required.

So the gutter is not in the right angle and it accumulates water and dirt over time, need to adjust it to a right angle so the water will just flow and flush down the dirt and leaves when raining. May need to add additional down pipe if necessary

An imported electric louver roof needs to be installed, it came as a kit. Ready now. Size 6.3m x 4.8m Elextrician will be provided separately.

A double story rain gutter needs clean.

Metal sheet corroded and leaking. Requires temporary silicone (roof or marine grade) to seal until properly repaired. Second floor access. Needs to be cleaned out dried and sealed with generous silicone.

A routhly 3m portion of eaves have been professionally removed and disposed of. Jobs requires this portion to be replaced with cement sheeting, sealed and completed without painting. Please see photos.
