The kitchen mixer tap has broken and we have purchased a replacement. We require a plumber who can replace the tap with the new one (Eden Sink Mixer). The tap also feeds the dishwasher from beneath the sink. We would also like the tasker to check the laundry and shower taps, they seem to need new washers.

Leaking of water from upstair shower through celing. Leaking point is located already through a manhole nearby. Will have to remove bit of ceiling. Repair/replace the drain pipe set. Fix the ceiling.

The toilet was blocked, and although it could still flush, the water was draining very slowly

The toilet pipe it seems has been damaged in the backyard that needs fixing. Assume the tasks are: Excavate approx 1.5m expose drain where broken piping is, Cut out section remove tree roots Instsll new PVC piping and connect to existing 100mm pipe. Raise inspection shaft to ground level Test & Backfill. Or like Excavate down approximately 1.5m to access damaged sewer piping. Expose area around the broken pipe with tree roots in it. Cut out section of pipe. Install new pvc piping and connect to the exisiting 100mm pipe. Raise inspection point to ground level. Support piping with screenings.

Need to fix the toilet nkt flushing

Blocked toilet- water rises when flushed then drains very slowly

My toilet became block so I put in the toilet chemical to unblock it. It unblocked for a day then started to flush slowly now Iya pretty much staying blocked. The water is now blackish colour. I have a photo attached.
