I’m looking for someone to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. The leak is coming from the area where the drain pipe connects to the sink (see circled area in the photo). I also found a broken washer or seal, which is likely the cause (see second image). Noticed this down pipe leaking water, needs fixing

Kitchen sink is backing up quite bad in new home. Toilets/shower draining fine. Other sinks also draining fine. P-trap is fine so appears to be a blockage further down the line

Attempted to remove old laundry sink and replace with smaller one but failed. Plumbing will need to be altered to remove sink. Would like to move and replace the washer taps down the wall. New taps to go on are last picture.

I have a downpipe attached to our house that has shifted away from where it meets the pipe in the ground. I need someone to install or create a small adaptor piece to ensure they align properly. The adaptor should match the existing colour.

the kitchen sink has a washer underneath which has spoiled it is a dual tub sink only one side needs fixing attached photograph it is an easy job i dont have tools to open it otherwise could have done myself . the pic attached shows the rubber washer is damaged as i pulled it a bit
