We have a new modular prefabricated granny flat project that needs to be undertaken by plumbers. Scope of work included below: Hydraulic Scope • Excavate and lay new 100mm drainage to new modular building, backfill and compact. • Cut concrete and reinstate where required to reach existing drain. • Supply & install rainwater tank with 20mm ball valve at bottom of tank only. • Installation of free issue client supplied gutters. • Supply & install 90mm downpipes with inground 90mm stormwater water system to tie into existing stormwater system. • Supply & install hot water main from existing hot water unit. • Tie new drainage into existing drainage. Assumption is that it is a DWV existing drain. If discovered as earthenware drainage all external drainage will need to be replaced as per OTR governing regulator. (this to be completed as a variation as unknown at this stage). • Excavate & lay new 20mm poly water main from new modular to building to existing water main including cut in back fill and compaction. • Connection of both sewer and water into the new modular building points of connection. • Complete the installation of the sink waste inside new module. • Commissioning of building internal hydraulics & tempering valve to 50 degrees as per AS3500. • Certificate of compliance upon completion unit is internally plumbed already, needs to be externally connected from the rear of the modular shipping container home. We need a new hole in the kitchen cabinet for dishwasher pipes. Original provision is not big enough for new dishwasher pipe. Located in Werribee. Won't need help installing. Just need the hole cut on the cabinet. Please see attached photo.

Looking to get an extra garden tap installed along the side of my house above one of the stormwater drains

I want a door access in the wall between toilet and shower area. . Refer to pictures and provide a quote please. No plumbing lines would get in the way. Don’t need a door .. just the access would do . This way the toilet can be accessed from within the bathroom and I can block the toilet door for access.Refer to pictures

Kitchen sink making gurgling sound when sink is draining of water

I need my water tap in the front garden replaced. Water continues to come out even with the tap turned off

I’m looking for someone to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. The leak is coming from the area where the drain pipe connects to the sink (see circled area in the photo). I also found a broken washer or seal, which is likely the cause (see second image). What needs to be done: • Inspect and confirm source of the leak • Replace the broken washer/seal (please bring spare parts if possible) • Reseal and tighten fittings • Test to ensure everything is leak-free Additional Details: • Job is in Werribee, bathroom sink • Parking available • Flexible timing, but prefer someone available this week • Parts cost can be reimbursed if needed Budget: $100 AUD total (labour + minor parts)

Kitchen sink is backing up quite bad in new home. Toilets/shower draining fine. Other sinks also draining fine. P-trap is fine so appears to be a blockage further down the line
