Noticed that there was a pool of water on the outside of the shower next to the wall and on the opposite side of the wall, near the bottom the plaster is wet and damaged. Want to see if there is a leak somewhere or if the sillicon of the shower just needs to be replaced

Shower head leaks as if it's on like 5%, even after i turn the tap handles extremely tight in the off position. Had someone attempt it and apparently its on too tight for them.

I’m looking for someone to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. The leak is coming from the area where the drain pipe connects to the sink (see circled area in the photo). I also found a broken washer or seal, which is likely the cause (see second image). Kitchen sink is backing up quite bad in new home. Toilets/shower draining fine. Other sinks also draining fine. P-trap is fine so appears to be a blockage further down the line

I have a downpipe attached to our house that has shifted away from where it meets the pipe in the ground. I need someone to install or create a small adaptor piece to ensure they align properly. The adaptor should match the existing colour.

We have recently moved in to a new property and it only has single shower headsets in both bathrooms. We want them replacing with something similar to the link below.
