Replacing a tap fitting with one that is compatible with a standard hose

Inspect a hot water heater to determine if it needs to be replaced or it should be fixed. It is currently not working. The power supply has recently been tested a few months ago, when a number of internal cables were replaced. If it needs either, to then provide a quote for the repair or replacement. It is an Aquamax 80L - of unknown age, looks in good condition. When I rang the company on the sticker they said likely > 10 years old and may be better to just replace.

Dishwasher is making a grinding sound and displaying an error message (E01, on a Smeg) - looking for someone (assuming plumber?) to check it out and hopefully fix it!
