I have just had solar panels installed and the soil vent for the toilet is shadowing some panels. The current vent extends to the top of the roof line of the pitched roof. I have been advised when my old house was built, a different height regulation applied then. I am looking for someone to verify this, and then shorten the vent to the minimum height required. Soil vent is near a window.
