My kitchen tap handle was stuck in the fully opened position, and after I force it to close now when I put it on the fully open position only a little bit of water is coming out. It closes fully (no dripping) but the water is not coming out much anymore. It's a pull out sink on the kitchen island bench.

Purchased new mixer tap, need it installed in laundry sink and old tap removed.
