All the mixer taps in the apartment are really stiff and hard to control. The kitchen mixer tap is installed so that cold is to the back and hot is to the front. The shower head in the bathroom rotates but doesn't change the flow.

The shower drain seems to be leaking water as the sealant around the drain have aged. We need waterproofing to be done for the drain and have the original drain cap put back with silicone sealant applied.

Toilet randomly flushes

We have a blocked toilet that needs more than just a plunger. We believe the blockage is much deeper in the pipe line. There is also a hole where the bottom of the toilet meets the pipe that needs patching. Maybe mortar or expanding foam? Not sure.

Blocked toilet on the third floor of a retirement home complex. Toilet was stuffed full with cardboard and paper. The only drain that is blocked.

1) We have a blocked outdoor drain lots of dirt in it possibly tree roots? 2) We also have a blocked toilet that slowly drains. Additional tasks that I may need after this, toilet change (have purchased a new one) and roof inspection for leak.

Toilet cistern (Geberit) has started to refill very slowly after being flushed. No leaks or other issues identified. Cistern is wall hung.

Unblocking a blocked toilet

We have 2 toilets that can be very noisy and produce a hissing or shrieking sound. Usually after flushing, but can keep on for hours.

Toilet water keeps running after flush. Water dripping sounds come from inside toilet unit. Toilet unit is hidden inside wall.
