Additional details: The shower walls are tiled, so care is needed to avoid damaging the tiles. I will provide the mixer tap and the new showerhead.

Convert wall mounted pillar tap to mixer

All the mixer taps in the apartment are really stiff and hard to control. The kitchen mixer tap is installed so that cold is to the back and hot is to the front. The shower head in the bathroom rotates but doesn't change the flow.

Toilet randomly flushes

We have a blocked toilet that needs more than just a plunger. We believe the blockage is much deeper in the pipe line. There is also a hole where the bottom of the toilet meets the pipe that needs patching. Maybe mortar or expanding foam? Not sure.

Blocked toilet on the third floor of a retirement home complex. Toilet was stuffed full with cardboard and paper. The only drain that is blocked.
