Find an experienced plumber in Beaumaris VIC

Hi, I'd like to inspect stormwater and sewer pipes with CCTV under the house. It has a confirmed water leak. The house is on stumps. 1950s build, 3 bed small townhouse.

Looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to help with two toilet issues at our home in Beaumaris (3193): - Toilet seat not fitting well — may need to bring and install the correct size replacement seat. - Flush not working on another toilet — likely needs repair or replacement of the flush mechanism/cistern parts. I’m flexible with dates, but I work at certain times, so we’ll need to arrange a time that suits both of us. Would like someone who can assess, supply any necessary parts, and complete the work in one visit if possible. Budget: Price negotiable, labour work and parts

Drain is blocked and overflows needs a muncher to clear it out

Remove existing tap Install new mixer tap (we have one)

Require new deep seated spindles installed on both taps in bathroom basin.Spindles are supplied (see pics).

Install a sink tap in the kitchen, I’ll provide the tap.

Shower tap valves to be replaced including removal and replacing silicon. For clarification an image of the tap prior tiling and second image is after tiling.

Blocked storm water drain at garage door, slowly drains - requires high pressure water cleaning equipment

Replace water pipe and tap at the water meter location.

install water pump. Will be used to supply irrigation system to garden. Should be high pressure. Ideally will have fail over to mains water when tank is empty (see tap connection already present in photo). Materials and pump not included within price

The point on the sink where the plastic pipe joins has broken and the whole plug needs replacing id suspect

Install Puretec WH1 -30 whole house water filter ( filter already purchased)

Kitchen sink blocked. Have had tree roots growing in to the terracotta pipes previously.. this was fixed 6 months ago so not sure if tree roots would be the issue this time around
