(Posting on behalf of my mother) Several of the brackets that attach the curtain rod to the ceiling have snapped, mainly in the middle of the rod. This is causing it to hang down in middle. At both ends, some brackets are still in tact. Attached pics of the snapped and intact ones. I'm looking for someone experienced to supply and replace the snapped brackets. Thanks : )

Slipped and my foot made a whole in my front door. It’s not a hollow door and I believe it’s the original from from the 40s. Can someone’s please help fix it.

I am looking for a professional for a two-part bathroom task. Part 1: Immediate Removal & Disposal of frameless shower screen. Carefully remove and dispose of the existing frameless sliding shower screen, approximately 1400mmx2000mm. This includes the glass panels and the top sliding rail. Access: Ground floor with direct entry via courtyard/front door. Off-street parking available depending on the size of the vehicle, otherwise 2 hour street parking at front & I have a permit. Part 2: Potential Installation (Approx. 1 week later) I may also require the installation of a new Black Framed 2 Panel Sliding Door once my builder finishes installing the wall panels. This is an Elegant Showers brand with quick-release rollers in the bottom. The gap once wall panels are finished will be just under 1400mm I have the 1400mm adjustable model (range 1360mm–1400mm). Note: I am currently waiting for a quote from my builder for this installation. Please provide your quote for Part 1 only and let me know your separate rate for Part 2 in the comments. Cornice Repair: Restore notched sections of curved cornice to match the existing profile. Restoration: Fix any surface damage caused during the detachment of old fixtures. Finishing: Skim coat and sand all repaired areas to a smooth, seamless, paint-ready finish.

The corner of the wall is chipped, and I’d like to have it repaired. The wall has a rough texture.

Install old heavy door in bedroom

Back door (hinged) has holes in it from pet. I need to replace it before I move out. It’s a fly screen not security screen.

I have the assembly manual and the unit is currently working perfectly. Reassembly must result in the same smooth operation (no cable slack, misalignment, or squeaks), and the weight stacks + pulleys need to be routed correctly so it’s safe and usable immediately. This is a two-person job due to weight and geometry. For people who know how to do these, it’s a single-session job and realistically 4–6 hours if done efficiently and following the manual. Please don’t quote anything astronomical — I’m just looking for experienced hands who can do this properly and safely at a fair rate. Location is Toorak in a private residence.
