Internal water leak on ceiling from. Inspect. Stop leak internally and on roof. Tin roof. 100 year old house. We have received a quote which is unclear for the following: Quote we received from someone else 👇 Roofing works - Cut back all overhanging bamboo and clean out box gutters either side of glass roof. - Cut back overhanging plants and clean quad guttering - Replace box gutter causing water ingress issues. - Install rainhead with overflow - Paint any surface rust with Liquid flash to extend life of roof/flashings. - Remove all rubbish from site and leave site tidy. Description We just need the leak stopped and don’t need to cut or remove the neighbors plants and we don’t have evidence that box gutter needs replacing. Let me know your thoughts and see attached photos of internal leak. (Property is tenanted and so you will need to gain access from the agent)

Hi, I was after a handy man to come and hang 4 framed pictures and 1 canvas print on various plasterboard walls in my house along with a wall hung mirror (50cm x 135cm) and coat hook. None of the pictures are of any value and should be straight forward. It is a project I don't want to attempt myself and the sizes of each item vary (please refer to pics). I also, don't have any tools or wall hooks. But I can buy wall hooks if need be. I work from home and can be flexible. Thanks Mark
